We also provide custom data solutions tailored to individual customer needs.

PropTrack currently provides services to lenders, brokers, insurance companies, valuation firms and tech companies. We provide a range of B2B and B2C data services.

Yes. PropTrack became part of the REA Group in 2018.

Being part of the group means PropTrack can aggregate REA’s vast property data assets.

Yes. We offer dedicated training whenever a new client comes on board. We also provide comprehensive training documentation through our Support Portal.

We currently operate only within the Australian market.

Yes. PropTrack complies with ISO/IEC 27001 (ISO/IEC27001:2013 ), the Information Security Management System standard. We obtained formal ISO27001 certification across all products and systems In July 2018.

We have in place a mature and robust ISMS framework. This includes a policy suite that outlines our security practices for:
